Prohibited Items Policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026

TodayGgigu is a purchasing-agent and mail-order intermediary service for business members. Items whose online sale or import is prohibited or restricted under applicable law are not handled at any stage, from search through order.

1. Scope

This policy applies equally to all users, whether registered members or not, and to every ordering path in the service, including product search, instant order, manual order, and cart.

2. Prohibited Items

3. How We Enforce This

  1. Search-stage blocking — Entering a search term that corresponds to a prohibited item (in Korean, Chinese, or English) returns no product results and displays a notice instead. The block list is maintained continuously from the admin console.
  2. Order review — As a purchasing-agent service, every order we receive is reviewed by an administrator before it is placed with the local supplier. If a prohibited item is identified during review, the order is refused and the payment is refunded in full.
  3. Customs-stage checks — If a prohibited item is identified during local warehousing or customs clearance, shipping is halted and the item is handled in accordance with applicable law.
  4. List maintenance — Blocked search terms and the prohibited item list are updated periodically to reflect amendments to applicable law and customs notices.

4. User Responsibility

If a user orders a prohibited item or attempts to place an order by misrepresenting the product name, we may cancel the order and, in repeated cases, restrict use of the service. Any legal liability arising from such conduct rests with that user.
